Glass Bottle Cleaning

Prior to entering our state-of-the-art, fully automatic bottle washer, each glass bottle undergoes a meticulous visual inspection for any visible imperfections, such as damage, lipstick marks, cigarette residue, or food particles.

High-Pressure Water Wash

The High-Pressure water wash ensures the removal of all particles.

Hot Water Wash

The glass bottles undergo disinfection through hot water washing up to 85 degrees.

Ozone Water Wash

Ozone water, the most effective disinfectant, eliminates bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms.

Filling

Filling can be accomplished through either gravity or volumetric methods to guarantee accuracy.

Capping

Capping encompasses two methods: screw caps and ROPP (Roll-On Pilfer-Proof). Caps are placed onto the bottles via a vibratory chute or elevator conveyor, securely fastened or sealed to the prescribed standards.
